I.     Dennis S. Baluch, Esq.

         A graduate of Providence College and Boston College School of Law, Dennis Baluch is the Senior and founding partner of the firm. Mr. Baluch has tried hundreds of cases in Rhode Island State and Federal Courts. His litigation work has received local and national media attention and have been frequent subjects of articles and publications including the Rhode Island Bar Journal, Rhode Island Lawyer's Weekly and the New England and National Jury Verdict Reporters. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Defense Research and Trial Lawyers Association.

II.     Anthony J. Gianfrancesco, Esq.

         Anthony J. Gianfrancesco has over twenty-five years of experience as a personal injury and products liability trial attorney. His extensive trial experience includes trial work in all State and Federal Courts in Rhode Island. He is a graduate of Brown University and Case Western Reserve University Law School. He is a member of the National Italian-American Bar Association Board of Directors, a past president of the Justinian Law Society of Rhode Island and Member of the Rhode Island Bar Association.

III.     Peter F. Mathieu, Esq.

         A graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and New England School of Law, Peter Mathieu has been a member of the firm since 1988 and a partner since January 1995. He has extensive trial experience in personal injury and insurance law in both the State and Federal Courts in Rhode Island. He is also the senior litigator for asbestos exposure cases, with an emphasis on claims for mesothelioma. He has successfully argued appellate cases before the State of Rhode Island Supreme Court and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
